FishFig is a static, read-only research site. We collect almost nothing — here is exactly what happens to the little we do.
Contact form
The contact form on the Contact page is powered by Web3Forms, a serverless form service. When you submit it, the name, email, subject, and message you enter are sent to Web3Forms and forwarded to the FishFig Editorial Team at [email protected].
- We use that information only to read and reply to your message.
- We do not sell, rent, or share it with advertisers or third parties.
- A hidden honeypot field helps filter automated spam; it is not used to track you.
- To request deletion of a message you sent, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it.
Web3Forms' own handling is governed by their privacy policy. We keep no database of form submissions on this site.
Analytics & cookies
This site may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not use cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run advertising trackers or build individual profiles of visitors.

We link to official state fish & wildlife agencies and other external resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or data handling.
